With every payment plan offered, a retainer is required for booking and you will not have the opportunity to view/download/select your images until the final payment has been received. Session Fee for Payment Plans will be increased by 3% to account for the additional credit card transactions and admin work.

Absolutely! You’ll get to see all the curated images from your session (Up to 50 images, depending on the package you booked) in your proofing gallery. You pick your favorites! If decide you want more digital downloads, you’ll have the option to purchase additional digital downloads/the full collection, prints, or wall art.

While dogs are certainly my most frequent clients, I also work with Large Animal (cattle, horses, llamas, etc.), Exotics (reptiles, birds, etc.), Pocket Pets (Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, Rabbits, etc.) and Cats.

Your dog does not need to be trained! Please rest assured that we will work with you and your pet to make this a fun and rewarding experience for both of you, and most importantly keep your pet safe while doing so!

That is A-Okay! In fact, nearly all the dogs I photograph are on a leash. Leashes can easily be removed during the editing process.

With all sessions, safety is a top priority. I will never do anything to put you or your dog at risk. We will work together to coordinate a session based on the specific needs of your reactive dog.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or using our studio location. If there is a greater than 50% chance of rain/poor weather 24 Hours before the session, I will reach out to discuss our options. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Absolutely. In fact, I highly encourage it! If you want to be included in the photographs, choose either the 'Signature Session' or the 'Premier Session'.

Because of this, there is a $40 add-on fee, which includes additional session time to accommodate them. This ensures each pet gets the spotlight they deserve while keeping the experience fun and stress-free!

I totally understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos! My editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks after you select your images, depending on the session, volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations. Your specific gallery reveal date will be discussed at the time of your session, and will again be relayed in your post session follow up email.

Yes! I highly recommend printing your images through your custom online gallery vs printing them anywhere else. This is the best way to ensure your images print exactly as expected. You can easily order premium quality prints directly from your custom online gallery store. They'll be shipped to your home from our professional printing company.

Wall Art and Albums are crafted and ordered by me, specially for you, with the option of hand delivery (by me!) or shipping directly to your home from the printer.

I will curate the very best images from your session in a proofing gallery. Proof Images have global edits only and are watermarked. You choose the images you wish to be fully edited!

No! Watermarks are applied during the proofing stage only. Your final images (both digital and printed) will have watermarks removed.
